Information on Ustroń
Ustroń is a town with
a population of 15.000 and a surface of 60km2. The city is
situated 450 meters over see level. The town owes its charm to
the surrounding mountains. The city center is located on the
left bank of the river in a flat dale of the Wisła river,
where the housing districts are situated.
Good road-connections, closeness to border-crossings, scenic-
and healing-qualities and a modern hotel/gastronomic base make
Ustroń an inviting tourist spot in the Beskid Mountains.
It was granted its Civil-rights in 1956.
Ustroń is a spa, which
was classified as such in 1972. The town is located on the of
Beskid Śląski, in the valley of the
Wisła River. Ustroń is an
inviting holiday-spa resort highly developed sanitary and
hospital base.
